Family Practice w/Obstetrics
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 12;Weekend Pay Rate: $135.80 - $147.00

This facility is seeking a Family Practice with Obstetrics Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

·      Schedule: Weekends, Friday – Monday. 5p-7a. 20 annually, one weeknight per month and some holidays.

·      Patients per day: 25-40

·      Practice Setting: Family Medicine Residency

·      Scope: Inpatient. Family Medicine with Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) experience to oversee deliveries and urgent scenarios.

·      State Licensure: Wisconsin state medical license, Board Certified in Family Medicine with Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) ,Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRS) and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA).
