Welder

A well-established employer is seeking a Welder Fabricator to install, assemble, weld, and fabricate equipment and components for vehicles. This hands-on position is ideal for someone with welding and fabrication experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to follow work instructions and basic diagrams. You will use a variety of hand and power tools while maintaining quality and accuracy throughout the fabrication and installation process. On-the-job training will be provided to help you develop additional skills and succeed in the role.

· Install and assemble vehicle equipment, components, and accessories using hand and power tools
· Weld and fabricate components according to work instructions and basic diagrams
· Inspect completed work to ensure quality, accuracy, and proper installation
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

· Previous welding and fabrication experience required
· Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
· Ability to read and follow basic diagrams and work instructions
· Ability to learn new processes and skills through on-the-job training
· Ability to stand, lift, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

The base pay range for this position is $18-$22 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
