Job Description
Step Into a Day on Our Floor

You start your shift by scanning work orders and heading to a production line that just signaled a fault. With your multimeter in hand, you quickly isolate the issue in a 24VDC control circuit, swap a failed sensor, and bring the line back online. Later, you route conductors through cable tray, land and label control wiring in a new panel, verify motor rotation after wiring a replacement motor, and wrap up with preventative checks that keep downtime to a minimum—all while following electrical codes and strict lockout/tagout procedures.

What You’ll Handle
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical problems on production machinery and facility equipment.
  • Work across 24VDC through 480V systems, including 120V power circuits.
  • Wire motors and production equipment; verify proper operation.
  • Install, test, and replace sensors, fuses, relays, and related components.
  • Perform circuit tracing and corrective electrical repairs to reduce downtime.
  • Pull, route, and terminate electrical and control conductors.
  • Build, wire, and terminate electrical panels.
  • Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
  • Execute preventative maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.
  • Follow company safety procedures, electrical codes, and lockout/tagout requirements.
  • Partner with production and maintenance teams to support operations.
What You Bring
  • Hands-on background as an Industrial, Maintenance, or Electrical Technician/Electrician.
  • Proficiency wiring motors and industrial equipment.
  • Ability to read and apply electrical schematics.
  • Basic understanding of PLCs.
  • Experience wiring and terminating electrical and control panels.
  • Experience installing and troubleshooting sensors.
  • Experience installing cable tray.
  • Skill with control wiring practices.
  • Capability to troubleshoot and repair 24VDC–480V systems.
  • Solid grasp of circuits, fuses, relays, sensors, and motor controls.
  • Competence using electrical test equipment such as a multimeter.
  • Proven ability to resolve electrical issues safely and efficiently.
