Morgan Corp. performs an array of different types of projects and scopes. The Senior Project Scheduler will be able to be hands-on for larger critical projects as well as be able to train project teams or junior schedulers who would maintain project schedules on smaller less complex projects.

Morgan Corp. is seeking a Senior Project Scheduler to join our team. This person will play a critical role in the company by working closely with project teams to support the development of project schedules.
Morgan Corp. performs an array of different types of projects and scopes. The Senior Project Scheduler will be able to be hands-on for larger critical projects as well as be able to train project teams or junior schedulers who would maintain project schedules on smaller less complex projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and train estimating and project teams in the development and maintenance of project schedules that accurately reflect the project budget and implementation plan.
- Provide hands-on support for scheduling and project controls efforts on larger key projects.
- Develop standardized scheduling procedures for future projects.
- Provide training, resources, and support, as necessary.
- Ensure the quality, timeliness, and consistency of project controls produced by each Division.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 8+ years of construction scheduling experience utilizing Primavera P6 to:
- Develop and maintain schedules
- Perform critical path analyses
- Resource load schedules
- Develop cash flow projections
- Experience with quantity tracking, earned value reporting, and similar project controls practices.
- Knowledge of job cost accounting preferred
- Willingness to train and work with project teams.
