Fort Dodge Dental Associates is looking for a friendly, motivated, and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team!

We are looking for someone who enjoys building relationships with patients, providing high-quality care, and working as part of a supportive dental team. Whether you are an experienced hygienist or a new graduate looking to start your career, we would love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care and periodontal therapy
• Take digital X-rays and maintain accurate patient records
• Educate patients on oral health and preventative care
• Review patient health histories and identify areas of concern
• Work closely with dentists, assistants, and administrative team members to provide an excellent patient experience
• Maintain infection control and safety standards
• Build positive, long-term relationships with patients

What We’re Looking For

• Current Registered Dental Hygienist license or eligibility for licensure
• Strong communication and patient-care skills
• Dependable, positive, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to provide compassionate care while maintaining an efficient schedule
