About the Role:

Avir at Beeville is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team of healthcare professionals. Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting

• Provide vital signs, reports changes in condition, and communicates with healthcare team

• Assist with feeding, ambulating, and transferring patients as needed

• Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control and universal precautions

• Participate in routine care, including vital sign checks, lab, and medication administration

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans

• Document patient information and progress accurately and timely

Requirements:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
