Are you a service-driven leader with a passion for hospitality and creating exceptional dining experiences? We are seeking a Dining Room Supervisor who combines strong leadership with a passion for service and attention to detail.

This is an opportunity to play an important role in the daily experiences of our residents- working alongside the Dining Room Manager to lead and support a dedicated dining team, uphold exceptional service standards, and create a warm, polished, and welcoming experience that residents look forward to each day.

The Experience You'll Create

As our Dining Room Supervisor, you'll help oversee the day-to-day operation of the Dining Room while ensuring residents and guests receive attentive, personalized, and exceptional service. Working alongside the Dining Room Manager, you'll be a visible, hands-on leader- supporting the dining team and working closely with our culinary team to ensure service is seamless from the kitchen to the table.

What You’ll Do:

• Partner closely with the Dining Room Manager to support daily dining operations and deliver an exceptional resident experience.

• Provide hands-on leadership, guidance, and support to team members throughout each shift.

• Assist with training, coaching, and developing team members.

• Coordinate with the Dining Room Manager and culinary team to ensure smooth, timely, and accurate meal service.

• Maintain high standards for dining room presentation, cleanliness, organization, and overall ambiance.

• Assist with ensuring consistency in food presentation, service timing, and overall dining standards across each meal period.

Position Requirements:

• Previous experience in dining, hospitality, restaurant service, senior living, or a related service environment.

• Previous supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong attention to detail with an appreciation for food presentation, service standards, and dining room ambiance.

• Ability to remain organized and composed while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced dining environment.

• Knowledge of food safety, sanitization, and proper food-handling practices.

• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
