We are seeking a skilled Welder to join a manufacturing team in Mansfield, TX. This position will assemble components and sub-assemblies into fixtures and use GMAW (MIG) welding to produce quality products and repair welds as needed.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Welder to join a manufacturing team in Mansfield, TX. This position will assemble components and sub-assemblies into fixtures and use GMAW (MIG) welding to produce quality products and repair welds as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Set up welding equipment, including changing gas as needed.
- Position and secure components or sub-assemblies into proper fixtures.
- Perform GMAW (MIG) welding according to product and process requirements.
- Inspect work to identify weld defects or out-of-conformance conditions and report issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Rotate between production teams or work areas as needed to support production goals.
Requirements:
- Welding experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Experience with GMAW/MIG welding.
- Ability to set up and adjust welding equipment.
- Good attention to detail and ability to recognize quality issues.
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and work effectively as part of a production team.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, reach, handle materials, and climb throughout the workday.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing 50+ pounds.
- Work may involve exposure to welding fumes, dust, heat, cold, moisture, noise, moving equipment, and heavy machinery.
- Required PPE includes safety glasses, work gloves, hearing protection, cut-resistant sleeves, and seasonal protective gear as applicable.
- Steel-toed shoes or boots with metatarsal guards are required.
Schedule:
- 1st Shift | Monday – Friday | 6:00 am –3:30 pm (or until job is finished_
Compensation:
- $21.00 per hour
