Temporary assignment - approximately 4-6 months
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
Day Shift: 6:00 am to 6:00 pm, Sunday to Tuesday, and every other Wednesday.
Training Schedule: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday

What You Will Do

Set up, adjust, and operate laboratory equipment and instruments while following all safety procedures.
Perform analytical testing on products and materials.
Test samples of manufactured products to verify compliance with specifications.
Accurately record test results and complete detailed reports documenting procedures and findings.
Maintain thorough and accurate paperwork and documentation.
Clean and sterilize laboratory equipment.
Calibrate laboratory instruments to ensure accurate testing results.
Monitor and oversee sanitation lines to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Verify that products and load releases meet customer specifications.
Place products on hold when analytical results fall outside required specifications.

What You Will Need

High school diploma or GED required.
Previous Lab Technician experience within a manufacturing environment is required.
Strong understanding of laboratory testing procedures, quality control processes, and documentation practices.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Excellent documentation and recordkeeping skills.
Ability to follow testing procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer skills and experience completing reports.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable attendance and flexibility to work assigned schedules.
