What you’ll do

• Own the setup and operation of CNC equipment to manufacture parts to spec.
• Decode blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to plan and execute each run.
• Monitor machines in‑process; adjust offsets, tooling, and parameters to hold tolerance.
• Troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance to keep equipment reliable.
• Keep your area organized and compliant with safety procedures.
• Partner with teammates to drive process improvements and boost throughput.
• Capture production data and escalate issues to supervisors with clear documentation.

What you’ll need

• High school diploma or equivalent; machining coursework or certification preferred.
• Hands‑on experience as a CNC machinist or similar position.
• Proficiency reading blueprints and technical drawings.
• Solid knowledge of CNC machinery and programming fundamentals.
• Detail‑driven mindset with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Effective communication and an unwavering focus on safety.
