Key Responsibilities:

• Provides overall leadership and direction for all facility departments.

• Drives Census growth and financial performance

• Foster a positive culture that supports employee engagement and retention and one of mutual respect, open communication and teamwork

• Address care concerns and maintains an open communication relationship with all families and residents

• Collaborate with clinical leadership on quality improvement initiatives

• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Active Maryland State Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)required

• Minimum 2 years of experience in skilled nursing facility leadership

• Strong knowledge of state regulations.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with census management, surveys, and performance improvement
