CNC operator/Programmer

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator/Programmer to join our team in Montgomery, AL, 36117. • Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring they run efficiently and safely.
• Program CNC machines using G-code and other programming languages as required.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to produce parts accurately.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any machining issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in CNC machining preferred.
• Proven experience as a CNC operator/programmer, with a strong understanding of CNC machinery.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
