A skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to provide leadership and oversight of facility operations, regulatory compliance, and quality initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Direct day-to-day facility operations
Lead department managers and promote effective teamwork
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards
Monitor quality measures, resident satisfaction, and survey readiness
Oversee staffing, financial performance, and operational goals
Promote a safe, respectful, and positive environment
Qualifications
Active LNHA license required
Previous leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care
Strong communication, organizational, and management skills
Understanding of skilled nursing regulations and operations
