Full Truckload (FTL) Dispatcher

An established transportation and logistics organization is seeking an experienced FTL Dispatcher to coordinate drivers, equipment, and freight throughout the Chicago market and beyond. You will manage multiple loads and drivers while monitoring shipments, communicating with customers, and responding quickly to delays and changing priorities. This fast-paced role requires strong knowledge of truckload operations, driver scheduling, Hours of Service, and transportation systems. The ideal candidate anticipates problems, communicates proactively, and keeps freight moving safely and efficiently.
