Provide direct patient care, including vital signs, bath, dress, and toileting assistance
Assist with medication administration and treatment plans under the supervision of licensed nurses
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and families
Identify and report any changes in patient condition or needs to the nursing team

Requirements:
Current CNA certification in the State of Texas
