1st Shift - Hilo Driver (HC)

Location: Holland, MI Shift: 1st Shift, 5:45 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday-Friday Pay: $18.00 per hour
 Overtime: Before shift as required. Hours may vary based on business needs.

Are you a motivated and dependable individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking a Hilo Driver to join our team in Holland, MI. In this role, you'll be a vital part of warehouse and production operations, helping ensure materials are delivered safely and efficiently throughout the Honeycomb Department.

As a Hilo Driver, your core responsibilities will include:

 Operate a Hilo/Forklift: Safely move materials and finished products throughout the facility to support production and shipping needs.

 Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport materials while maintaining an organized workflow and inventory accuracy.

 Support Production Operations: Keep production areas stocked with materials and assist with general warehouse duties as needed.

In addition, you will also be expected to help maintain a clean and safe work environment while following all company safety procedures.

Previous forklift or hilo experience.
  High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  Ability to lift 35-50 lbs regularly throughout the shift.
  Ability to work overtime as needed.

 Attention to Detail: Ensures materials are moved accurately and safely.

 Safety Awareness: Follows equipment and workplace safety procedures at all times.

 Teamwork: Works effectively with production and warehouse teams to keep operations running smoothly.

Dusty manufacturing environment.
  Facility can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter.
  Frequent standing, walking, lifting, and material handling throughout the shift.
