Nursing Home Administrator - Lowell, MA
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nursing Home Administrator to join our team at RegalCare at Lowell, a leading provider of high-quality long-term care services in Lowell, MA. About the Role:
As a Nursing Home Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing home, including managing the facilities, staff, and services to meet the needs of our residents. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional care and support to our patients and residents, as well as fostering a positive and supportive work environment for our employees.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the administration of our nursing home, including managing budgets, staffing, and facilities
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Collaborate with our medical staff to ensure high-quality patient care and support
Develop and maintain relationships with patients, residents, and their families to ensure their needs are met
Recruit, train, and mentor staff to ensure a skilled and dedicated team
Monitor and improve the overall quality of care and services provided to our patients and residents
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain accreditation standards
Develop and manage department budgets and ensure fiscal responsibility
Foster a positive and supportive work environment through effective communication and leadership
Requirements:
Needs to have a Nursing home Administrator License
Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in a nursing home or healthcare administration setting
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
