Job Description
Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) – Westchester County and the Bronx
UniversaCare is hiring certified Home Health Aides for home care cases in Westchester County and the Bronx. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, with day, evening and weekend shifts. We especially need Spanish-speaking aides to support Spanish-speaking clients. Se habla español: our recruiters can talk with you in Spanish.
Pay: $18.99 - $19.56 per hour, paid weekly by direct deposit.
What you'll do
- Assist clients with personal care, hygiene and mobility
- Give medication reminders and help with daily living activities
- Accompany clients to appointments as needed
- Document care and report changes in a client's condition

Requirements
- Fluent Spanish; conversational English
- Valid New York State HHA certification
- Current physical and medical documents (within the last 12 months)
- Warm, patient and dependable
- Driving preferred, not required
