Full-Time | $100,000-$120,000 per year + Bonus Opportunities
A skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to oversee daily operations and support quality resident care.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily facility operations
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Support department leaders and staff development
Maintain survey readiness and quality outcomes
Manage staffing, budgets, and operational performance
Foster a positive environment for residents and employees
Qualifications
Active LNHA license required
Leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Knowledge of regulatory compliance and facility operations
