Main Shop & Used Car Technicians Needed!

High-Traffic, Climate-Controlled Shop

is growing and hiring experienced Automotive Technicians for both our main service shop and used vehicle operation.

Whether your background is in Volkswagen repair, another dealership brand, an independent repair facility, or used vehicle inspection and reconditioning, we’d like to hear from you.

We’re looking for technicians who can diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles accurately while helping us keep both customer vehicles and used-car inventory moving efficiently.

Volkswagen experience is preferred for our main shop, but it is not required for all opportunities. Paid factory training and Volkswagen certification opportunities are available for technicians who want to continue developing their skills.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform automotive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs
• Complete multi-point and used vehicle inspections
• Identify mechanical and safety-related reconditioning needs
• Diagnose engine, electrical, brake, suspension, HVAC, and drivability concerns
• Complete repairs needed to prepare used vehicles for sale
• Perform customer-pay, warranty, and maintenance work
• Document repairs and inspection findings accurately
• Work with Service Advisors and management to keep vehicles moving efficiently

 What We're Looking For:

• At least 1 year of professional automotive repair experience
• Volkswagen repair experience or VW certification is preferred for main-shop opportunities, but not required
• Used car, used vehicle inspection, or automotive reconditioning experience is welcome
• Experience with other dealership brands or professional repair facilities is also welcome
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills
• Working knowledge of automotive diagnostic equipment
• ASE Certifications are a plus, but not required
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Dependable and committed to quality repairs
• Must have your own tools; specialty tools are provided
