Assignment Overview
We are seeking an experienced Cath Lab Technologist with expertise in high-risk coronary intervention and STEMI intervention scrubbing. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of cath lab experience and be willing to learn circulating and monitoring in neuro interventional care. This role is set within an acute care setting.
Assignment Details
- Start Date: Not Provided
- Shift: 5 - 8-hour days per week, starting at 0700 or 0830 as assigned; with call requirements including 4 weekends in a 13-week assignment
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks
- Estimated gross weekly pay package: $3645 (negotiable)
- Charting System: EPIC
- Care Setting: Acute
Responsibilities
- Perform scrubbing, monitoring, and circulating duties in the cath lab
- Handle high-risk coronary and STEMI interventions
- Participate in neuro interventional procedures during call times
- Ensure readiness for on-call duties with a 30-minute response time
Qualifications
Required:
- Active IL license or application initiated
- ARRT RT-R, ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA)
- Certified Radiologic Technologist - ARRT (R)
- At least 3 years of cath lab experience
- High-risk coronary intervention & STEMI intervention scrubbing skills
- Ability to scrub and circulate a STEMI
- Willingness to learn neuro interventional circulation and monitoring
