Travel Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Skilled Nursing Facility
Palm Beach Gardens, Florida
We are seeking a Travel Speech-Language Pathologist for a 13-week Skilled Nursing Facility contract in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. This opportunity is a great fit for an SLP who enjoys working with adult and geriatric patients in a post-acute rehabilitation environment.
The therapist will support patients with communication, cognition, swallowing, and functional recovery while collaborating closely with the interdisciplinary rehab team.

Responsibilities
- Perform speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and functional goals.
- Treat communication, cognitive-linguistic, and swallowing disorders.
- Provide dysphagia management and swallowing safety education.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment strategies and carryover techniques.
- Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, PT, OT, and other interdisciplinary team members.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation and progress reporting.
