Babysitter Needed for my Children - Now Hiring

I need help potty training and setting 3-year-old on a routine. I am having a hard time getting him to do learning activities, and I do feel like he listens better for others than me. But I also would like the opportunity to have my hands free to do household chores myself. So entertainment for my infant that is a stage 5 clinger.
