Babysitter Needed

m currently looking for a reliable babysitter to help care for my daughter, who is almost 4 months old. I would need approximately 3 hours on Thursday and Friday evenings, with the possibility of needing help every other weekend as well. Before we move forward, I wanted to ask a few questions: Are you currently BLS/CPR certified, specifically with infant CPR training? Are you comfortable working in a home that has security cameras in common areas? Are you comfortable around a small dog? If the schedule works for you and you're comfortable with the above, I'd love to chat more about your experience caring for young infants, availability, and rates. Thank you!
