House Cleaner

I need some help with the below tasks. Took previous housecleaner 1-2 hours (depending on what was needed), they weren't reliable schedule-wise so looking for someone new. Must be disability and queer accepting/affirming. 1 cat, 1 dog (dog can be crated/out of the house if needed for your comfort). Tasks can include: vacuuming; resetting litter boxes (2, small and large); dusting; bathroom wipe-down; taking recycling to the outside bin; starting laundry loads; changing linens (1 bed); consolidating trash bins into large laundry room one; 'tidying'. There are also several projects around the house that are available if of interest - these are more deep-cleans or declutters.
