Housekeeper Needed - Now Hiring

The house is pretty small. We mostly need our kitchen cleaned and dishes washed. There is a small living room area that needs mopping and vacuuming. Each room has a bathroom that needs a quick clean, and a carpet that need vacuuming every week or 2 weeks. The house is not big so it will not take much time, but while you are there, doing 1-2 loads of laundry (including linens) would be great. This does not have to be every week, only upon request. We are also happy to set a fixed rate.
