- 8 am ‐ 4:30 pm, Monday ‐ Friday
- 2 ‐ 3 weeks of coverage needed per month
- Fluoroscopically guided spinal injections required
- Cervical, thoracic, and lumbar epidural steroid injections required
- Medial branch blocks, RFA, facet, and SI joint injections required
- Ultrasound‐guided procedures experience required
- Intrathecal pump experience preferred
- Competitive compensation
