As a DQ Crew Member, you are the face of the restaurant. You will create positive memories for every guest by delivering fast, friendly service and preparing high-quality food and treats. This dynamic role shifts between customer service and food preparation, making it a perfect fit for team players who thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Service: Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders at the counter or drive-thru, and process payments using the POS system.
• Treat Preparation: Assemble Dairy Queen’s iconic soft-serve treats, including Blizzards, cones, sundaes, and shakes, ensuring they meet brand standards (including the famous upside-down Blizzard test!).
• Food Preparation: Prepare hot food items from the Grill & Chill menu, such as burgers, chicken strip baskets, and fries, while following strict food safety guidelines.
• Cleanliness & Sanitation: Maintain a sparkling clean restaurant by sanitizing workstations, washing dishes, sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash.
• Stocking & Inventory: Restock service lines, treat stations, and condiments to ensure the restaurant is always ready for peak hours.

Qualifications & Skills

• No experience required; comprehensive on-the-job training is provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact positively with guests and coworkers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask under pressure.
• High attention to cleanliness, food safety, and operational standards.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 4–8 hours per shift).
• Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 30–50 lbs occasionally.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and twisting.
