CNC MILL MACHINIST - 1ST SHIFT

Hazelwood, MO

Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday-Thursday, 10-hour days, start time between 5:00a and 7:00a (40 hours/week). A Monday-Friday 8-hour schedule may be discussed after the training period.

Pay: $28-$35/hour depending on experience and skillset

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

An established precision manufacturer serving the aerospace industry, specializing in precision sheet metal fabrication, advanced machining, shims, brackets and assemblies, is adding an experienced CNC Mill Machinist to its St. Louis area team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision aerospace parts

- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications

- Hold tight tolerances and verify parts with precision measuring instruments

- Make offsets and adjustments to maintain quality and throughput

- Train alongside an experienced machinist on the Monday-Thursday schedule for at least 90 days

WHAT YOU NEED

- Hands-on CNC milling experience in a precision machining environment

- Blueprint reading and precision measurement skills

- CNC programming experience is a plus, but not required

- U.S. citizenship required (ITAR-controlled work)

- Ability to work 1st shift, Monday-Thursday, 10-hour days with an early start (5:00a-7:00a)
