Territory Strategy & Growth

  • Own your assigned region with accountability for both revenue growth and recruitment performance

  • Monitor regional trends, adjust strategies accordingly, and identify new business opportunities within healthcare networks

  • Align regional goals with company-wide targets and contribute to overall expansion efforts

  • Experience in healthcare recruiting, account management, or sales—Registered Dietitian credential is a plus

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across clients and candidates

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; able to build trust quickly with both clinical talent and executive stakeholders

  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment

  • Experience using CRM and ATS platforms to manage workflows and track performance
