---We are looking for an Associate Dentist to join a well-established dental practice in Waterford, Wisconsin. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in a supportive and patient-centered environment.
Minimum of 2 years' experience. Endo experience is required.
Work week is Mon, Tues,Wed and Friday.
This is a 9 operatory practice that is an established FFS /PPO practice that is averaging over 70 new patients a month.
Office is staffed with dental assistants and 4 hygienists.
Equipped with CBCT, Prime mill, endo and implant systems.
No lab fees.

**Job Description:**
As a Private Practice Dentist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients while ensuring a comfortable and welcoming experience. You will work alongside a dedicated team of dental professionals and have access to state-of-the-art facilities and technology.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Provide a wide range of dental services, including preventive, restorative, and cosmetic treatments.
- Educate patients on oral health, hygiene practices, and treatment options.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient practice operations.
- Stay current with advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.
- Foster a positive and welcoming environment for patients and staff.
**Qualifications:**
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
- Active dental license in the state of Wisconsin or eligibility for licensure.
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience minimum of 2 years and proficient with molar endo.
