Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Tuba City, AZ 🗣️
📍 Location: Tuba City, AZ
⏳ Contract: 13 weeks
🕐 Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM
📋 Guaranteed: 36 hrs/week
💻 EMR: Allscripts
Requirements:
3+ years licensed SLP experience
Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology
ASHA CCC-SLP certification
Active unrestricted SLP license
BLS (AHA)
Pediatric (age 5 and under) & adult experience
Dysphagia and neuro experience
SLP only — SLPA not accepted
