Job Summary
CT Technologist The healthcare provider is seeking a qualified CT Technologist for a position based in the CT specialty. This role involves coordinating and performing computerized tomography (CT) scanning procedures, operating complex imaging equipment, and ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the process. The position offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic healthcare environment, adhering to department standards and regulatory guidelines.

Job Details

  • Position Description: Coordinates and participates in all computerized tomography (CT) scanning procedures. Sets up, monitors, and operates complex computerized imaging equipment for diagnostic purposes.
  • Required Qualifications: CT Technologist credential with BLS (Basic Life Support) certification, ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification, and Michigan license verification if applicable. No minimum years of experience required.
  • Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Additional Information: The role requires 2 or more years of CT experience, with specific experience using Phillips imaging equipment preferred. Prior traveler (travel) experience is also preferred. Must be available to work two of the upcoming three holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Years. A skills checklist completed within one year of application for radiology specialties is required.
