✅ Requirements
Active Washington Physical Therapist License
Minimum 3 years of Physical Therapy experience
Master’s Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
Experience working directly with patients in a Long-Term Care or Hospital setting
Current BLS Certification or ability to obtain within 6 months
Strong documentation and communication skills
Ability to provide care appropriate to the age of patients served
