We're actively hiring Entry-Level Cable Technicians (Helpers) and looking for hardworking individuals with experience in construction, trades, general labor, military, warehouse, landscaping, roofing, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or any physically demanding environment.

NO telecom experience needed! Training provided! Immediate openings!

• Construction or trade experience
• Daily use of hand tools
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

• Experience working outdoors and in physically demanding environments

What You'll Be Doing:

🔹 Pulling and routing low-voltage cabling throughout data centers

🔹 Assisting with rack assembly, stacking, and drilling

🔹 Scanning, labeling, and organizing equipment

🔹 Working alongside experienced technicians to learn the trade

🔹 Using basic hand tools daily

🔹 Working on ladders and lifts as part of installation projects

What We're Looking For:

Construction, trades, military, warehouse, or general labor experience

Comfortable working 10-hour shifts and overtime

Able to work in hot and cold weather conditions

Comfortable on ladders and lifts

Dependable, coachable, and eager to learn a new trade

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work daily

Compensation & Schedule:

💰 $20/hour 💰 Time-and-a-half overtime available 📅 Monday-Friday: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM 📅 Saturdays often available Approximately 58 hours per week 📈 Contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term career growth.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
