Childcare Needed - Now Hiring

I need consistent babysitter help at least 1 day per week for 3 hours. This could be for one or both of my children. With potential for more hours during weekday daytime or evening and weekends. Our son is 6 and our daughter is 4. Spending time outdoors is top priority to us! No cleaning other than guiding them with picking up after themselves. No pets. Ideally Mondays 10:30am-1:30 p.m. Or wednesdsays 11am-2 p.m. Or Tuesdays 12:30-3:30 p.m. Somewhat flexible on these time frames. Looking for someone who can grow with our family and build great relationship with our kids. Open to a homeschool high school age student who has daytime availability.
