Warehouse Associates

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to join our production team. This position will be responsible for assembling metal and non-metal components, performing basic metal fabrication and forming operations, handling materials, and inspecting finished products to ensure they meet shop drawings and quality standards.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assemble sub-assembly attachments and components according to shop drawings and production specifications.
• Assemble complex metal and non-metal materials and components.
• Perform metal molding, shaping, forming, cutting, and trimming operations.
• Operate a corrugator to corrugate metal components as required.
• Cut and trim metal and foil components to specified dimensions.
• Compare completed assemblies and production parts against shop drawings for accuracy and conformance.
• Follow production workflow diagrams to ensure proper assembly and fabrication procedures.
• Inspect components and finished products for defective materials, workmanship, or quality issues.
• Assist sewing operators with handling, moving, and carrying materials and finished products as needed.
• Safely handle materials, components, and production equipment throughout the manufacturing process.
• Follow all company safety, quality, and production procedures.
• Perform other duties related to warehouse, fabrication, and assembly operations as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, warehouse, or production preferred.
• Ability to read and follow shop drawings, diagrams, and written instructions.
• Basic understanding of measuring, cutting, shaping, and assembling materials.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work with hand tools and production equipment.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required.
• Good hand-eye coordination and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Must be able to follow safety procedures and production standards.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
• Ability to lift and handle production materials as required.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing/warehouse environment.
• Must be comfortable performing repetitive assembly and fabrication tasks.

$15/HOURLY – PAID WEEKLY
