Director of Operations

Luxura is looking for a Director of Operations to own how every one of our locations runs. You will lead our location managers directly, set the operating standard across the group, and be the person accountable for execution on the ground - staffing, service quality, revenue performance and the day-to-day problems that have to get solved. You will report directly to ownership.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who would rather be in the locations than behind a desk. Based in Richmond, Virginia, with regular travel to our locations across Virginia, Kentucky and North Carolina - approximately 25% of your time, typically at least one week a month. Travel is covered by the company.

Compensation: $80,000-$100,000 per year, plus performance-based bonuses.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years leading multi-site operations - medical spa, aesthetics, or a comparable multi-location service business
• Experience overseeing 40+ employees across multiple locations
• A track record of managing managers, not just teams
• Bachelor's degree in business, management or a related field
• Able to travel approximately 25%, including at least one week per month
• Valid driver's license
