We are looking for motivated Outside Sales Representatives to join our growing home improvement team. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to build real sales skills, earn based on performance, and grow with a successful company.

You will help homeowners with roofing, siding, windows, and other exterior home improvement projects while generating new business through face-to-face conversations and door-to-door prospecting.

No previous home improvement experience is required. We provide training and teach you the sales process.

What You’ll Do

• Knock doors and speak directly with homeowners
• Generate leads and schedule appointments
• Build relationships with homeowners
• Identify homeowners who need roofing, siding, windows, or other improvements
• Conduct appointments and present solutions
• Follow up with prospects and customers
• Maintain accurate records of leads and appointments
• Work independently while being part of a competitive sales team
