Employbridge is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Toledo, OH. We’re looking for a strong, hands-on leader with staffing industry experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to lead teams, manage priorities, leverage technology, and deliver results.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and oversee day-to-day staffing operations
• Manage, coach, and develop team members
• Drive performance, productivity, and accountability
• Build and maintain strong client and employee relationships
• Manage recruiting, onboarding, placement, and workforce needs
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other technology to effectively manage candidates and employees
• Monitor staffing levels and ensure client requirements and operational goals are met
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and customer service
• Maintain accurate reporting, documentation, and system updates
• Create a positive, results-driven team environment

What We’re Looking For

• Previous management experience required
• Staffing or recruiting industry experience strongly preferred
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Highly proficient with computers and technology
• Strong ability to learn and navigate multiple systems and software platforms
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Customer-focused and results-driven mindset
• Flexibility to adjust schedule based on operational and client needs
