Matrimonial Family Law Attorney

We are seeking a Matrimonial Family Law Attorney to advise and represent clients in a broad range of matrimonial and family law matters. The attorney will manage cases from initial consultation through resolution while providing thoughtful, strategic, and client-focused legal guidance.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in divorce, legal separation, custody, support, and other matrimonial matters.
• Conduct client consultations, assess legal issues, and develop case strategies.
• Draft pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, discovery requests, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive written arguments.
• Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients in mediations, conferences, and court proceedings.
• Prepare cases for hearings and trials, including managing evidence, witnesses, and court filings.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and provide timely updates on case developments.
