This full-time, permanent position offers many amazing benefits, including work-life balance! Finally... a career designed to make you and others smile!
Green Orthodontics, the private orthodontic practice of Dr. Noam Green, is growing again and our upbeat, close-knit team is seeking another delightful co-worker to add their smile to our group!
Green Orthodontics is the private practice of Dr. Noam Green, associate Orthodontist Dr. Lauren Gordon, and their amazing Team. The group is growing, and the upbeat, close-knit group is seeking another delightful coworker to add their award-winning smile to our workgroup. Their communication with patients and parents has shaped a reputation for making each visit fast, fun, and positively memorable. With 5-star Google reviews climbing, this harmonious group of smile wizards knows that if you want to be extraordinary, then you can’t only do “ordinary things.”
YOUR PEOPLE SKILLS WILL INSPIRE SMILES.
The position of “Treatment Coordinator” introduces and manages our new patient process, which, among many important tasks, shares expectations and guidelines with new patients and parents who choose to “GO GREEN!” for their orthodontic treatment.
For example, when an adult patient or parent of a child needing braces reaches out to our office to inquire about orthodontic care, they begin an important step that will impact their life as well as their schedules and relationships for the upcoming months and/or years. Not only do we deliver amazing, confident smiles; our prioritize also include ease and comfort when chewing with the most “balanced” relationship between the upper and lower jaws to preserve the long-term strength of the teeth. Making each step of this highly important educational process positive for our patients begins with the excellent leadership and communication provided by our Treatment Coordinators.
YOU’LL HAVE THEM AT HELLO.
After training, your role as a Treatment Coordinator is varied, complex, technical, and lots of fun. Roles and responsibilities include:
· Making an excellent first impression “at hello.”
· Listening to the telephone caller’s needs and interests, answering questions, providing information, and scheduling their New Patient Examination.
· Greeting the new patient/parent at arrival, providing an office tour.
· Documenting records and taking clinical records.
· De-briefing Dr. Green on initial findings.
· Attending the examination and noting the record.
· Answering patient/parent questions, reviewing case fees, establishing payment expectations.
· Celebrating success!
