We are seeking a Project Manager in Fort Worth, TX to oversee the full lifecycle of custom architectural stone and construction projects from kickoff through completion. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications. Responsibilities include reviewing blueprints, shop drawings, and construction documents, coordinating with production and engineering teams, managing project schedules, and overseeing logistics, deliveries, and installation support. The ideal candidate will be comfortable tracking budgets, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation while proactively resolving issues that could impact timelines or quality. Experience with construction project management, plan review, and tools such as Bluebeam or AutoCAD is highly preferred, along with strong communication and organizational skills.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of construction project management experience with a strong ability to read and interpret construction documents, blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications
- Proficiency with Bluebeam is strongly preferred and AutoCAD experience is highly preferred, along with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Must have strong communication and problem-solving skills, experience tracking budgets and change orders, and be comfortable traveling throughout the DFW area to visit construction sites. Experience within construction, architectural products, building materials, masonry, precast, cast stone, GFRC, or related industries is preferred
Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm or 8:00am to 5:00pm
