Non-CDL Truck & Trailer Driver (F-350)

We are seeking a dependable Non-CDL Truck & Trailer Driver with experience safely operating an F-350 or similar heavy-duty pickup while pulling a trailer. This position requires a safety-minded driver who is comfortable maneuvering, backing, loading, and transporting materials or equipment to customer and jobsite locations.

Responsibilities

• Operate an F-350 pickup truck with trailer safely and efficiently
• Transport materials, equipment, and/or supplies to designated locations
• Safely back, park, and maneuver a truck and trailer
• Properly secure loads before transport
• Assist with loading and unloading as needed
• Perform basic pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain accurate delivery and transportation paperwork
• Follow company safety procedures and all applicable traffic regulations
• Communicate professionally with customers, supervisors, and jobsite personnel
• Keep truck and trailer clean and organized
• Assist with general warehouse or yard duties when not making deliveries

Requirements

• Previous experience driving a pickup truck while pulling a trailer required
• Experience operating an F-250/F-350 or similar truck preferred
• Must be confident backing and maneuvering a trailer
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• CDL is not required
• Ability to safely secure loads
• Ability to lift and handle materials as needed
• Dependable transportation and consistent attendance
• Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions
• Must be safety-conscious and able to follow instructions

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience driving larger pickup trucks and pulling trailers in a delivery, construction, industrial, equipment, or warehouse environment. We are looking for someone who understands that safely operating and maneuvering a truck and trailer requires more skill than standard passenger vehicle driving.
