Direct Care Provider

We are looking for compassionate, dependable Direct Care Professionals (DSPs) to join our team in at residential group homes in Florham Park supporting adults with developmental disabilities.

As a Direct Care Professional, you will play an important role in helping the individuals we support live meaningful, active, and independent lives in a safe and caring home environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing hands-on support with daily living activities
• Assisting with personal care, meals, medication routines, and household activities
• Supporting individuals with community outings, appointments, activities, and social opportunities
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
• Completing daily required documentation and following individual support plans
