The Role

The Income
✅ Start at a 50% commission contract. Our average client pays $1,200 annually—that’s approximately $600 for one sale.
✅ Grow your contract as you gain experience.
✅ Step into leadership and earn bonuses for training others.
✅ Build residual income from year two as policies renew.
✅ Annual producer earnings: $75K on average, 200K–400K for top performers, and 500K–1M for elite performers. Our highest earner makes $1.5M. Earnings depend on performance.
