Restaurant Server

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Server to support fast-casual dining operations in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager and Floor Supervisor, this role delivers attentive guest service, provides menu recommendations, supports large parties, and helps resolve guest concerns. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, with opportunities for advancement to Shift Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient service in a fast-casual dining environment.
• Accurately take and process guest orders.
• Offer menu recommendations and identify upselling opportunities.
• Deliver attentive service to large parties.
• Resolve guest complaints professionally and promptly.
• Coordinate with the Restaurant Manager and Floor Supervisor to support smooth service.
• Maintain accuracy and efficiency while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in restaurant service.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Experience with point-of-sale systems.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and menu offerings.
• Strong order accuracy and cash-handling skills.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
