Registered Nurse (RN) - Monday-Friday Days - Philadelphia, MS

LOOKING FOR DAY SHIFT NURSING WITHOUT NIGHTS OR WEEKENDS?

PediCare Nursing Agency is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the care team of a 3-year-old patient in Philadelphia, MS.

This position offers something that can be hard to find in nursing: consistent Monday–Friday daytime hours, no night shifts, no weekends, and one patient to care for throughout your shift.

Instead of managing multiple patients, you'll have the opportunity to slow down, focus on one child, learn their routine, and become a consistent part of their care team.

THE SCHEDULE

Week 1

• Monday–Friday

• 6:30 AM–4:00 PM

Week 2

• Monday–Friday

• 8:00 AM–6:00 PM

The schedule rotates between Week 1 and Week 2, giving you a predictable schedule you can plan around.

NO NIGHTS. NO WEEKENDS.

ABOUT YOUR PATIENT

You'll provide one-on-one nursing care for a 3-year-old pediatric patient at home.

Clinical needs include:

• G-tube feedings

• Oxygen and respiratory monitoring

• Suctioning and airway management

• Medication administration

• Assistance with ADLs

You'll be able to focus your entire shift on one patient rather than juggling a full assignment, while still having the support of PediCare's clinical team when you need it.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You'll provide skilled nursing care according to the patient's physician-ordered plan of care, including respiratory assessment and monitoring, oxygen administration, suctioning and airway management, G-tube feedings, medication administration, ongoing assessment, ADL assistance, documentation, and communication with the clinical team and family.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Mississippi

• Current BLS certification

• Current TB screening within the past 12 months

• Ability to meet required state background screening requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience

• Pediatric, private duty, G-tube, or respiratory experience is a plus
