Staffing Sales Executive

The Staffing Sales Executive will drive growth through temporary and temp-to-hire staffing solutions. As an individual contributor on a territory-based sales team, this role will focus on acquiring new clients, expanding existing accounts, managing strategic relationships, and leading full-cycle business development through local client visits.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients within an assigned territory.
• Sell temporary and temp-to-hire staffing services.
• Expand existing client accounts through targeted business development.
• Manage strategic client accounts and strengthen long-term relationships.
• Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting through account growth.
• Conduct local client visits to support relationship development and business opportunities.
