Bilbro Express has been a FedEx Ground contractor for over 20 years, and we're looking for dependable, motivated Full-Time Delivery Drivers to join our team.

Our routes primarily service Sandy, Draper, and Cottonwood Heights. These are dense delivery areas, which means more stops with less driving between deliveries — giving efficient, self-motivated drivers the opportunity to maximize their earning potential.

This is a great fit for someone who enjoys working independently, staying active, and having the freedom to manage their day while getting the job done.

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Start time is approximately 8:00 AM
• Your day ends when your assigned route is completed
• Routes are generally completed in 8 hours or less, although route volume and conditions can vary
• Drivers must be available to work either Saturday or Sunday as part of their regular set schedule
• All routes start and end at the FedEx terminal in Magna, Utah

• Guaranteed daily minimum starting at $160/day
• Opportunity to earn more based on route performance

What You'll Do

As a FedEx Delivery Driver, you'll:

• Safely operate a delivery vehicle, including a 16-foot step van
• Load, organize, deliver, and pick up packages
• Follow an assigned delivery route
• Use a scanner/mobile device throughout the day
• Provide friendly, professional customer service
• Follow FedEx and company safety procedures
• Work independently while staying in communication with the operations team

What the Job Is Really Like

This is a physical job. Drivers are in and out of the vehicle throughout the day, walking, climbing stairs, and lifting and carrying packages. Packages can weigh up to 150 lbs. with assistance/equipment when required. For the right person, that's also one of the best parts of the job. You aren't sitting behind a desk all day. You're out on your own, staying active, managing your route, listening to music or podcasts, and working independently.

If you're self-motivated and like the idea of being trusted to get your work done without someone standing over you all day, this could be a great fit.

Requirements

Applicants must:

• Be 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver's license
• Have a good driving record
• Have no DUI within the last 2 years
• Have no more than 2 recent moving violations
• Be able to pass a background check
• Be able to pass a DOT drug screening
• Be able to obtain/pass a DOT Medical Certification
• Be comfortable driving a 22-foot step van
• Be able to safely perform the physical requirements of the position
• Have reliable transportation to and from the FedEx terminal in Magna
• Be available to work either Saturday or Sunday as part of a regular full-time schedule

Delivery experience is helpful, but not required. We provide paid training for qualified candidates.
